Kaiseki
Kaiseki or kaiseki-ryōri is a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner, he term also refers to the collection of skills and techniques that allow the preparation of such meals.
Modern kaiseki draws on a number of traditional Japanese haute cuisines, notably the following four traditions.

Buddhist cuisine of temples : shōjin ryōri
