Fruity, with a soft, raisiny acidity and mild sweetness of sherry casks. Powerful bourbon barrels with sweet aromas of vanilla and caramel, stimulating acidity, and crisp sweetness. Whiskey casks with a beautiful and elegant aged aroma, clear and clean acidity and sweetness.

The complex aroma of these sherry, bourbon, and whiskey casks and the elegant aroma of fully ripe plum wine swell richly in the mouth.
