Domaine Dujac was founded by the Seysses family in 1967, the original holdings which dates from the eleventh century, were 4.5 hectares when the founder Jacques Seysses bought Domaine Marcel Graillet that mainly sold wine to négociants only, Seysses had spent time as an apprentice at Domaine de la Pousse d’Or in Volnay, the domaine's first bottling was released in 1969.

The domaine began using organic techniques in 2001 and went all organic including certification in 2008, wines of great aromatic complexity, caressing and voluptuous with an accuracy of flavors, In addition to the estate's superb wines, there is now the production from a small business called Dujac Fils et Père.
