Maison Billecart-Salmon was founded in 1818 by Nicolas-François Billecart and Élisabeth Salmon. It remains, even today, one of the last Champagne Houses still family-owned and independent, managed by Mathieu Roland-Billecart, at the head of the 7th generation.

Billecart-Salmon has joined the Hénokiens company, which brings together the oldest European family businesses.
