Olivier Colin founded Domaine Ulysse Colin, named after his ancestor, in 2003 after studying with Domaine Celos n Avize. The Collin family has been growing grapes in the village of Conzy for about 200 years, but in 2003 they quit their partnership with a négociant (Vranken), which had been in place since 1987, and took back the vineyard.
