Agrapart's NV Brut 7 Crus now routinely includes some 10% Pinot Noir, and the latest rendition is based on the 2016 vintage, supplemented by fully 40% from 2015. This bottle was disgorged in May 2019 with seven grams per liter dosage. Offering up aromas of rips citrus fruit, yellow apples and white flowers, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and vinous, with a comparatively open-knot, fleshy profile, concluding with a chalky and precise finish."
