Antoine Chevalier, the family's first winemaker, represents the third generation rooted in the limestone slopes of Vitry-en-Perthois. Convinced of the need for eco-responsible and eco-logical viticulture, he carries on the family legacy with passion, succeeding his father Dominique and grandfather Guy, who were initially farmers and breeders before planting their first vines in 1973.
