The largest owner of a special classified vineyard in Jouvrette. This wine is made with sincerity using old-fashioned, traditional methods, and is a very cost-effective producer with a reasonable price even in Burgundy, where prices continue to skyrocket. The wine is 100% destemmed, fermented in tanks, and aged in barrels for 18 months and is bottled without fining or filtering. The wine has red fruits with forest underbrush, licorice and truffle nuances. The tannins are fleshy, opulent, and silky. A wine to look forward to aging.
