A very rare release from Akuto Ichiro, this 5 Year Old was distilled in 2000, so contains the final vintage from this famous Japanese distillery, and bottled after maturing for 5 years.

Dedicated to Mr. Mitsuo Saito, who ran the cooperage in Hanyu Distillery and was the oldest active cooper in Japan at that time.
