At the end of the 80s, Laurent Vaillé took over with his brother Bernard the small farm of his father, cereal and wine producer for a cooperative, he completed his estate of plots planted on the Arboussas massif until he owned eleven hectares. Particularly coveted, they are defined by their location at 300 meters above sea level; in front of the Larzac, their orientation towards the north and the ambient freshness. Formerly cultivated by monks and then by the workers of the tanneries, they were abandoned until Laurent Vaillé took a close interest in them.

Its cuvées, fruit of scholarly and atypical blends, Thus, its red included Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon and, the white – rare, Marsanne, Roussanne and Chardonnay.
